We will be shipping USPS Flat Rate. All items will be packed securely into USPS shipping materials to meet the shipping standard.

Shipping costs are a concern for everyone. Most shipments will be sent through USPS flat-rate shipping. I will also check the rates at USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure I can offer the reasonable rates listed at purchase. I am happy to work with you if you have special shipping requests. The shipping fee can change depending on your preference.

*Orders will ship within 3-5 business days, and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

The customer will pay for the returned shipping costs.

If you are dissatisfied with an item you bought, I am happy to refund you within 5 days of receiving it. You will need to pay for the return postage. Once you send the item and I receive it, I will process the credit to your credit card.

Once the item is returned, a refund will be issued to your credit card. Sherry will contact you and let you know the refund has been issued. It sometimes takes a few days for the money to return to your account.
