We will be shipping USPS Flat Rate. All items will be packed securely into USPS shipping materials to meet the shipping standard.

The customer will pay shipping costs. Shipping costs concern everyone. Most shipments will ship via USPS flat-rate shipping. I will also check the rates at USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure I can offer the reasonable rates listed at purchase. I am happy to work with you if you have special shipping requests. Shipping fees may change depending on your preference. *Orders will ship within 3-5 business days, and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

The customer will pay for the returned shipping costs.

If you are dissatisfied with an item you bought, I am happy to refund you within 5 days of receiving it. You will need to pay for the return postage. Once you send the item and I receive it, I will process the credit to your credit card.

Once the item is returned, a refund will be issued to your credit card. Sherry will contact you and let you know the refund has been issued. It sometimes takes a few days for the money to return to your account.
